My Ear is really swollen and infected from stretching. help!?!?

My right ear was hurting unusually today so i thought, hey lets clean my gauges. and i took my 0 organic tapers out and as soon as i did that my ears like inflated so big that you cannot see through my ears anymore and its very red and hot. my lope i so filled with puss it is firm and i do not know what to do! please help?
