Is tucson a good car?

The Tucson is a good vehicle, though your dad would be smarter to get a pair of Elantra's or Sonata's since they have nearly as much penger/cargo room, but much better gas mileage. My sister leased a Murano and hated it so much she returned it within a year to get a G35. Nissan builds good vehicles, but Hyundai has ranked higher then Nissan for the last 5 years for build quality and reliability. Personally I like the Santa Fe a lot more then the Tucson and its only another $2000 more similarly equipped.
