Canidae diarrhea?

Yeah I talked to Canidae.. They changed their formula and added more meat.. They told me that when changing from the old formula to the new formula because it is different that the change should be done slowly to avoid the dog having diarrhea due to the new food.. Mine went thru it too, and now they are fine.
