We dream every night and several times a night. People vary widely in their ability to remember dreams. If you make an effort to remember, you'll get better at it. Belonging to a dream group or having a dream partner to discuss dreams will increase your recall. If you're supposed to get the message from your unconscious (from you and to you), you're likely to have more dreams on this subject, perhaps using different imagery or different metaphors. Taking the dream message into action is the next step. Ask yourself, What is the insight the dream offers?
