eating only salads and fruit and having protein once in a while isn't healthy at all....wtf are you talking about,. you need a balanced diet and have an adequate amount of calories each day. from the looks of it, the metabolism of the idiot who's on that diet is gonna plument down and they're gonna get fat when they eat normal again, and eventually the inadequate amount of food is gonna cause the body to eat itself, including the heart, and they'll die
