Just binged like theres no tomorrow...please help!?

so basically i got home from school and i had one of my pudding cups for 60 cals. then i still wanted more so i decided to be healthy and have tofu dipped in salsa (sounds gross i know but its actually kinda good and healthy) but then my mother had just bought a new thing of peanut er and dun dun dunnnnn i ate like fricking half of it with a spoon! and it wasnt even the healthy kind. stupid skippy...ok then i ate like no joke 100 chocolate chips and two peaces of sees candy. basically am i totally screwed for when i wake up tomorrow and weigh myself? ahhhhhhhrrrrggg any tips on how to have more control and avoid binging? this has been a problem for me for like the past year and ive gained about 20 pounds and im so sick of it! PLEASE HELP ME :((
