How does Tri-care work for a dependent that isn't living near a military base?

I'm currently down with the Flu and I'd really like to go to the doctor. The problem is that I'm not sure what I need to do as far as tri-care goes. My husband is stationed at Ft. Lewis, WA but I live in Virginia right now because of my mom. I have a dependent I.D. and all, but I live no where even CLOSE to a military base. I'm supposed to make appointments with Womack on Ft. Bragg, but I'm sick, and I'm not interested in driving 4 hours to go to the doctor in NC. What should I do? I tried to find out something on the Tri-care website, but it didn't help. Any guidance would be appreciated. =)
