ok, so I love salad, but don't like all of the calories it can hide. Like anyone, I love the super fattening creamy dressings. As my new years resolution, I am only going to eat salad with a low calorie vinaigrette of some kind so the salad can help my weight loss, not hurt it. I don't have a weight problem, this is just something i want to do to make myself as healthy as I can be. Any suggestions or recipes?
