I'm trying to update my laptop with from XP to Vista Ultimate. Help?

It keeps saying that it needs to delete Sonic Studio DLA. I can't find any files on hard drive of this program nor can I find it in the remove program option in the control panel. Can someone tell me where to find this so I can delete it and proceed to my upgrade?
