How does one divorce someone who is in Prison?

I would imagine that it would be the same after all it's not like you were together for years and amed ets during that time. I would definitely see a solicitor about it though because some people can just be so petty and he probably already feels aggrieved so this might just make him start up all over again, I hope not for your sake, good luck with it all mate :)
