Caught shoplifting from walmart in canada when i was 13 years old?

i was taken to a special room in the store, my pic was taken, i was lectured by the people and my mom was in the room with me too bcuz she was nearby when i was apprehended. but no police were involved, i wasnt arrested and i wasnt issued a court date. i was asked to not enter the store for 12 months unless accompanyed by an adult, and then finally i was sent home with my mom. i was wondering, is there any way this can go on my criminal record???
